As an entrepreneur his entire adult life, Steve Little has participated in every facet of the network marketing industry, setting numerous sales and recruiting records throughout his career, while earning millions of dollars in commissions.  

In 1980, Steve entered the network marketing arena at age 19, becoming involved with A.L. Williams.  Today that same company is known as Primerica Financial Services (PFS) and is a subsidiary of Citigroup, one of the Dow Jones 30.

During his time with this company, they recruited approximately 2,000,000 people.  Steve had the distinction of setting many different records within the company.  At the time he joined Primerica, the youngest individual to ever reach the position of Regional Vice-President was 34 years old.  Steve accomplished that at age 21, becoming the youngest ever.  He was also the youngest ever Senior Vice-President at age 24 and the youngest National Sales Director at age 27. He was earning over $100,000 per year at age 22 (youngest ever) and over $200,000 at age 24 (again, youngest ever).  His income with Primerica peaked at $40,000 per month.

Through those years, Steve did thousands of presentations to both small and very large groups, speaking to groups as large as 5,000 – 10,000 on a number of occasions and as many as 35,000 on one instance.  Steve resigned from Primerica Financial Services (A.L. Williams) when he was 31 years old to explore other opportunities, primarily in the network marketing world.

As he reflects back on those days, he sees Primerica as a marvelous training ground.  It was like the Green Berets of network marketing.  Each and every person recruited went through a licensing process, often times in both insurance and securities.  Comparing it to other ventures, it was a very slow build.

After leaving A.L. Williams/Primerica with almost 12 years of tremendous success, Steve worked with several different companies in the field and with many companies from a consulting perspective inside their corporate offices.  Steve is an expert in the Direct Sales and Network Marketing business.  He has been extensively involved in all phases of building and developing many successful companies with product lines that vary from financial services to travel.  

Having made millions of dollars as a Rep and over a million dollars consulting within the industry, Steve has a very unique perspective on the industry.  

Steve has developed and trained more than 200,000 sales representatives.  His efforts in the network marketing industry have created well in excess of $200 million in sales revenue.

Currently, he aggressively builds and develops his own marketing team within a company. Steve has been the #1 earner with this travel company every month since December 2005, the month the company officially opened its doors.  His team now consists of over 120,000 Reps in all 50 states and several countries.  Steve is most proud of the fact that at the last National Convention, 8 out of the top 10 leaders are on his team.
